Our story
A place where you don't just dine. You belong.
Our home has always been a place of gathering, filled with laughter, shared meals and meaningful moments with family and friends. For Leticia and me, hospitality isn't just something we do, it's who we are.
As we built our family, we dreamed of a space where others could feel that same comfort and connection. So we bought a home and turned it into a restaurant that feels just like that: welcoming, intimate and full of heart. From that dream, Casa Tua was born.
Casa Tua Miami Beach opened in 2001 as a welcoming place for friends, family and guests from around the world, where simplicity would meet sophistication. Founder Miky Grendene, born in Padova, moved to Miami in 1989 and was part of the resurgence of South Beach. He and his wife, Leticia Herrera, lead Casa Tua with one ethos: we put our heart first.
Casa Tua has since grown to Aspen, Paris, New York and Capri, plus our Italian kitchen, Casa Tua Cucina. Through it all, the villa on James Avenue is still home, and we host philanthropic events throughout the year with UNICEF, Amigos for Kids, St. Jude's and YoungArts.
Casa Tua means Your Home.
